To ensure a seamless check-in experience, schedule your appointment in advance. Walk-ins are welcomed M-F, 7 am -2:00 pm.
Prior to your arrival, email completed Medical Questionnaire Form (MEQ) to ohs@austinsafetycouncil.com.
N95 Fit Tests include up to 3 attempts. Once testing begins no refunds will be issued. Reminder to be clean-shaven before fit testing. Click here to see what facial hair is acceptable.
